Yetishare Script Very Slow! Error 504 Gateway Time-out

Why yetishare script really slow when i open one folder with 1000 FIles?
i have try clean install, and always same.

what showing it's only javascript loading for 3 Minutes, and sometimes give result, and what which is very common is Give Error "504 Gateway Time-out"

i used dedicated server with spesification :
1x Intel® Xeon® E5 1410 v2
64 GB DDR3 ECC
3x 6 TB SATA [RAID 0]
Premium 500 Mbit/s

I don't think the problem in my server, i have followed all in Knowledge Base which using VestaCP + Nginx.

Anybody can help me?
