Problems creating URL's

I can't create any URL's, keep getting the message "There was a problem creating the short url, please try again later."

How can I Fix it ?

Is this a new install? If not, what has changed on your server recently?

Again it was an update, I changed servers but it was a long time ago, no other changes. here is the site www.zigs.me

A script upgrade? Sounds like your db upgrade wasn't completed fully. Do you have the original backup of the database? What patches did you apply and what was your original version number?

Can't remember what version but I followed the steps on the older versions to a newer one, one version at the time, I applied all the patches according to the instructions and the database still the same, all previous urls are still there, new ones dont work

You will need to raise a ticket for this. If you haven't completed the upgrade correctly you'll need to revert to your original database and re-apply the db patches.

You can revert using the backup of the database you took before you upgraded.

How do I revert to the beginning of time ? I can be bother to find backups or I dont know how to revert. How do I start a fresh installation ?
