Hi, it would be nice to integrate JWplayer 8 in the next update and anyone who has the key can enable it. Moreover, it would be an outstanding function to allow users to add separate subtitles to the video file just like every other file hosting site is doing.

You can get example from xfilesharing if there is a confusion, they are using this.

Its useless to use Google Drive, i have personally tried this but they have way too many limitations, and you cant even upload bigger files without issues. So better to have your own servers.

Yes there should be option to remove / add tiers. There are way too many tiers right now.

Check the network tabs in the Chrome developer tools and see what error are you getting, It would be a 502 Timeout.
