Try changing that to just files/, that's the default. Failing that, raise a ticket with access to your install and I'll take a look.

What other changes have you made recently? Sounds like either the path has changed or something similar.

Hi, Make sure you've not enabled 'advanced downloading' in the admin area, file server manage, edit. If you have, it may not be correctly configured on your server, disable it to test. Thanks, Adam.
