check out hesk, there are also mods for hesk which has mobile support. i think if ys develops a ticket system it would best fit as a plugin

I don't agree with this idea of a ticket plugin. There are several good ticket systems out there, kayako for example. A ticket system is one of the fewest things that don't need to be tied to the filesharing script. I think the developers should use their limited time on other features.

A ticketing system is currently something that is on the list for future development but it is not a priority i'm afraid. We are currently working on 4.3 and have been extending the update further thanks to your suggestions and feedback.

Stay tuned for more info, it's almost finished.
