Now what is the best Operation System for a Upload Service like Yetishare Script?

-Debian
-Ubuntu
-Redhat Enterprise
-CentOS

And how much Memory do you recommend

my personal mean.. look better for a Server with SSD Drives as Webserver for Upload entry and downloading. For the Background can you buy a NAS was spend the capacity its my personal mean.

Depends on how much you want to spend really?

Also if you're hosting "questionable" content or not would depend on the location of the server.

The server is located in France.
France is that I know not very strict with "special content"

This server would cost € 59.90 per month + cPanel and some other features
Cost a total of about € 100 per month

I'm running on Hostkey and the Synterra/Serverius DC.

I suggest hanging out with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, as it will be supported till like 2016.
