Waiting time not showing correct

I can't post in technical support so I'll post it here.

In my settings account packages > I've set up the waiting between downloads time to:
Non user: 45 sec
Free user: 10 sec
Premium: 0 sec

On the download page I get to see this:

Hi,

The "waiting time between downloads" is different than the "waiting time". (although I can see how's it could be confusing )

For the "waiting time" you will need to edit the download pages for that user type. This is also in the admin area but on a different page to the account package management.
