Since my wampserver was very slow i decided to uninstall it and i installed xampp instead and the speed is working good, much better... but it seems that the upload isnt working correct.
its showing the file being uploaded but after 99% nothing happenens.
Also the remote url upload showing:
Error: File is larger than permitted. (max 0 KB)
