trouble Storage path file server

dear all & admin
Please Help me, i'm now setup to 2 server.
1. Local Server
2. other server
for local server normal but for other server setup via ftp trouble in Storage path file server coplease more info for this problem. (I'm upload file via FTP in folder public_html/files )

Testing connection to file server... (via ftp)

- Making sure ftp functions are available in PHP... FTP functions found.

- Finding file server satu on ip 180.244.217.126 (port: 21)... Successfully found.

- Authenticating with stored user 'storagefile' and password [HIDDEN]... Successfully authenticated.

- Changing to storage directory: files... Could not find storage directory!

Copy of email response I just sent:

It's likely that /home/uploadfi/public_html/files/ is the incorrect path, at least for that ftp user. Try just using /files/ or /public_html/files/.

If that doesn't work, log in as the ftp user using a ftp client and see what the url in the explorer window is.

please login with a ftp client and check the path.. the script works that is true i use the same..
