Translate Auto Not Working for Translate Rewards Plugin

Hi everyone,

I need a help. That i spent time to search the way how to change this text "rewards" in Menu

I did translate in setting admin but still can not change anway
i tested both theme blue v2 and flow , it still doest work

hope someone can give me a hand
