You can limit the download by only 1 ip, or track accounts being used by lots of ips and ban them.

I saw an option like its for premium accounts but not for simple accounts to save.

Is there a way to force user to pass obligatorily by the site to be able to download?

i thought the token was only for 1 time use...? once it's used, you cant use it again..
