This webpage has a redirect loop

Accessing our short URL websites and attempting to login as admin to create necessary shortened links .. but I am getting an error that I have not seen since installation on web server.
The webpage at http://www.***.link/ has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
I have cleared browser and even tried Firefox instead of Chrome (default).
Any suggestions?
