The maxium permitted upload size in your php.ini file (2.05 GB) is less than what you've configured for the paid account level (4 GB). Uploads greater than 2.05 GB will not work on the site.

Please contact your host to have the PHP max upload size increased.

Check the server php.ini not .htaccess or the php.ini that came with the script.
Plus 4GB is 4096MB not 4000MB
