regarding the free user to use IDM
i put in setting this steps ( only this steps it will allow free user use IDM )
How long non/free users have to wait before being able to download (in seconds). Set to 0 to allow non/free users direct download access=0
Maximum download speed for free/non-users, in bytes per second. i.e. 50000. Use 0 for unlimited= 350000
The maximum filesize a non/free user can download (in bytes). Set to 0 (zero) to ignore=0
NOW idm working perfect with free user but but the problem he got full speed not as i mention ( 350000) so he is as paid user
here the problem even if i put 1kb , the idm is given full speed so free user is same paid user
so how to let free user use only what i put it in the setting ( 350000)
