Some Font are not showing..............

A problem appear some font are not showing. it is start from just 2 days.
But all time a single font not showing.
1st time visit the site "a" font not showing
then
2nd time reload the site the "b" font not showing
then
3rd time reload the site the "c" font not showing
then
4th time reload the site the again "b" font not showing
then
5th time reload the site the "d" font not showing
6th .......................
please help me

Hi,

Please check you've uploaded all the zip files. Can you do a count of all the files in the /storage/archives/ folder?

This problem appear suddenly(Sunday Morning).
yes, I checked.
for Example.....................
when i visit 1st time Korinth-serial-light-regular font not appear but when i reload the page then it appear and
Bureaugrotesque-threethree font is not showing. then i reload again then others font not appear, its run continuously.
Some time all font are show perfectly not a half or single problem

Are you sure you've not run out of disk space on the hosting account? If you have it would stop new previews from being generated.

Please ask your host what they've changed. Scripts don't just randomly stop working, there has to be a server or config change which caused it.

If the problem just start on sunday.
There is a change in your server, as Adam said, scripts do not suddely stop working. There has to be a reason.

If you have not changed any files. Someone else must have changed something. I would ask your host if anything has changed.

Please be aware that it is the weekend and most businesses in the UK do not work on the weekends.

I see you are showing 30 fonts per page instead of the normal 10 per page, so it leads me to think that it could be a memory issue.

Did you look at the php/apache error logs to see if there is anything in those?

no there are no error. Only one problem "Some Font are not showing........"
I'm changed the value 30 to 20, 20 to 10 in this way, but the problem was same, the home page always showing 10 font
present font showing value is10

I had a look through and noticed that you was running out of memory to load the previews.

Therefore it is a host issue and not the script causing the problem.
