Scrip did not delete files from Remote Servers

Hi Guys, hope some help me or some has been in the same situation

The script did not delete all the files from remote servers (FTP and Amazon S3), it delete only from the Data Base script, but not fisically

Works fine with local storage but not with remote files storage

I can not use in this condition, because it could be out of control with many files out of the script

I remember it was working fine the first day when i made this test

Yes, i have the latest release installed, a few days ago i had made the update.

I reported delete problem on v4.0
Adam said that this problem will be fixed on next release v4.0.1
Why it still not fixed?

I had reported this issue in a Support Ticket about 15 days ago, no body answer and help me, i can not use correctly Amazon S3 and my Remote FTP, i can not launch this seriusly, because in this way i will need to delete the files manually each by one and is not good, or i need to use only local mode, but what about when the Hard Disk going full

The script was working fine, i remember did some test in Amazon and FTP and the files were deleted, but from some time ago to now it does not work

I telling you, when you delete some files from your control panel like this:

Local = DB deleted and Hard Disk Deleted
FTP and Amazon = DB deleted and remote files and folder did not delete

Whats wrong!

Hi all,

Sorry to hear you've been having issues. We moved to a new server last week (just before I went leave for a few days!) which seems to have caused various issues. One of which being email.

I'm working on resolving it all today including responding to support tickets.

Hi all,

This is fixed and patched into the release code. It'll form part of the release notes in the next release.

To manually patch into your install, download the latest release from your account. The upload the following file to your main site and any external file servers:

\core\includes\file.class.php
