Rename home page

I know it seems silly and I'm sure I'm having a brain fart but how do I rename the home page browser tab title from Upload Files -

I've changed the index.html in template but nothing has changed am I missing a file to edit.

Tried cache clear and different browser but no change.

It can be done in admin panel.

Go to Admin panel >> Site Configuration >> Translations >> manage translations >> find the word "Upload Files" and edit with your word..
