I need a little help here. So we got remote file upload setup and once i put in any link onto the remote url and start downloading, the progress bar won't appear and I get a "pending" error on chrome while inspecting it.
We are running on a Dedicated server
Intel Xeon E5-1620v2
Debian 7
64 GB Ram
2 TB HDD
Apache with PhP5, cURL, MySQL and alll required stuff
1GBPS up/down
File server:
Intel Xeon E3-1245v2
32GB Ram
Debian 7
NGiNX
cUrl, php, mysql and all stuff needed.

I had this issue several times but I somehow managed to fix it so this happened when I was going to transfer my server from Apache to NGiNX today.

I also have another issue now:
When uploading something normally, when I try to access the server from another connection or same connection, the upload stops and the site loads very slow. It used to be very fast since its on a 1gbps connection but idk what happened now.
Any help is appreciated.
