Remote Upload Not Working?

I can't seem to get the Remote Upload working -- Any idea on what's wrong with it??

Also, when you upload a file, then click the down arrow (or file name) to get the sharing links, the box that pops up is way under it - how do I fix that?

Same issue here: Error: Could not get remote file. http://ivao.no/downloads/enva.pdf

The site is an "open" site without any restrictions.
