Remote upland doesn't work

the remote upload in my site doesn't work ,
The process doesn't even started , I get this error : pending 0.00%

Hi,

Have you enable background url downloading in the admin area? If yes, make sure you've setup the cron task.

Set this on your main file server only if you've set the option to run remote url downloads in the background (see site settings)
* * * * * php /path/to/your/yetishare/admin/tasks/process_remote_file_downloads.cron.php >> /dev/null 2>&1

what to do with this line

Is this a command ??
I'm using cpanel is there an easier way to do it?

As I mentioned above, did you enable background downloading via the admin area?

Then you need to enable the background task. You can find the information in that link I supplied. Including how to enable it in cpanel .

I have setup the Cron as explained in the link yet the remote doesn't work

I have same problem with him, already set cronjob and enable background !
