Read only storage still gets files

Hi,

I have defined three storage areas, (2 Local and 1 FTP)
The FTP however was added later, and since then I decided to disable the upload to the local storage and so, I changed both local storage to "Read only" mode.

Today I was going through the files uploaded and I noticed some files being uploaded to both local storage although both of them are still in read only mode.

is this some kind of error?

Even when disabled, the "disabled" servers will allow uploads IF the active servers are unreachable, for example: network outage or the server(s) are unreachable, or the active servers are full.

This is to prevent uploads failing and the files always having somewhere to be stored.
