When I try download url link, I see only 404 - Not Found

I have .htaccess from zipfile from you. rewite_mod I have set, and now I have no idea what can I do more...

I onstalled apache instead lighttpd, and I make a changes in /etc/apache2/sites-available/default line AllowOverride None on AllowOverride All

works good.
