Payza Auto Upgrade Issue

Payza auto upgrade doesn't working for me.
Is there a solution to fix this issue?
I'm getting following log:

2016-07-04 19:57:51 - Received called back on IPN: Array

Hi,

Payza has a sandbox to test this however it's not been working for a long time. Until they fix their sandbox we can't look into the issue unfortunately. I've contacted them a number of times to fix it however they're just "aware of the issue". I'd recommend you also put pressure on them to fix it so we can look into running the tests.

You can open normal account for testing too.
There too testing applications under normal account.
