Payment was successful, but I can't download the script. It has been several hours since I purchased the script.

Hi,

Not all orders are enabled instantly, however I enabled this earlier today. Your forum account should be able to post in technical support aswell now.

Thank you. Yes, I downloaded the script.

However, I still can't create new topic in technical support.
I am having some issues with external storage setup, I would like to have it sorted out as soon as possible, so I can begin with the development and roll out of the website.

Edit: Logged out and Logged in --- fixed the forum permission.
