nginx error after instaling it

i wanted to enable X-Accel-Redirect for Nginx

i implemented everything in that articel
https://support.mfscripts.com/public/kb_view/2/

but after instaling i get an error message from nginx saying that"the file note found"

that happen with all my website pages and admin area also

resolved after restarting the server
