New default client theme

The client theme seems kinda outdated.
It would be really nice if it could be redone in bootstrap.
This will make it easy to modify, and it will look nice right off the bat.

It's coming in version 4. 70% of the way there at the moment. I'll post some preview pics in the next week odd.

I remember when I first told you about bootstrap when I showed my very first theme for Yetishare.
Bootstrap has come a long way, and so has Yetishare. Glad to see you are implementing it!
