Need help with torrentdownload plugin

Hello, I already renew my license and opened a ticket 4 days ago but no response since (Ticket #26876). I'm urgently need help with torrentdownload plugin. Suddenly there are multiple (3-4) empty duplicated folder associated with the original downloaded torrent folder after torrents being downloaded and transfered to user main storage (only 1 folder have files in it). Duplicated torrent also appear while I'm transfering/attach 1 torrent file only. Sometimes it also return an empty folder without any files in it but the original torrent actually have.
Please help..

Hi,

I've just responded to your support ticket, this may be because the cron task is on your main server aswell as the torrent server - it should only be on the torrent server.

I'm running a test but I'll update the ticket with the results.
