First off, I think it relates to this thread: http://forum.mfscripts.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=195&hilit=android but it's not just Dolphin for our members or me while testing. Chrome does this as well. If I initiate any download timer, once the timer gives them download link, users can download but only get a fraction of the file. If I remove timer and allow direct downloads the file is delivered perfectly.

I even attempted this on http://fhscript.com with the same results.

It's working fine for me on the standard android browser. Can you try with that and see whether it works? I'll have a look if there's a fix in the code.

Yep. Just cleared cache and reset Android Chrome browser and same issue. 11 mb file and I get 47 kb

Like you, some users have no issue but others seem to experience the trouble I have. Any ideas would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

But is that with Chrome or the built in android browser? They're 2 different browsers, at least on my handset.

Can you see if the problem happens for logged in users? I've done quite a bit of testing on this today and I can't replicate it on the default browser (android 4.1.1) and it always seems to work for logged in users, but non-logged in users on Dolphin browser I'm having some problems with.

Could you confirm the same? i.e. logged in users can download fine.

Hi,

I've run some tests on our local dev and I can no longer replicate the problem with my Android phone, free user and Dolphin. It's due out Tuesday so if you can retry then.

If it still doesn't work send me an email on [email protected] and I'll take another look.

Thanks,
Adam.

What version of the script are you on? Does it fail in any other browsers on mobile? Does it fail on our demo site for Opera?

We are running 3.3. I did just test using fhscript.com and report that Stock, Chrome, and Opera work correctly. Dolphin is having the issue as reported before. I do remember Dolphin was working when we exchanged emails last month so something has changed since then. Let me know what I can do to help. Thanks!
