Media Player Problem in Remote Direct Server

Dear All,

i have a little problem, when i uploaded a video and subtitle in remote direct server, the cc button on jwplayer cannot be clicked and subtitle not show up but when i uploaded in local server everything is just fine, I would be grateful for any help.

I believe this was resolved via the ticketing system. The issue was that the media player plugin code didn't match on all servers. Let me know if you need anything else.
