Hi, I Don't Think My Media Converter Plugin is Working.
Media Player Seems Fine,

But I uploaded 2 Videos they are still same format as before.

I Followed The Instructions, Server has QT-Faststart and FFMPEG
plugin settings changed, cronjob added

and no error logs?

Have you tried running it manually via SSH?

Via the admin area, plugins, media converter settings, set 'output cron messages' to yes.
Then call the script manually via SSH as it details at the bottom of that page.

What output do you get?

When I First upload the video, it says waiting for conversion, a min later its blank

This is on a VPS, I wanted to test the script before I buy encoding server

also do you provide Skype support

Does the file path your calling via SSH exist? If not you can find it via your plugins folder.
