[Media Converter] Error: Could not get file contents.

Hi, I'm running the conversions on another server,
I use SSH Server Details,
I tested ffmpeg,
but I get this error from SSH
php /home2/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/plugins/mediaconverter/converter/convert.php
Found 1 pending conversion, id #10.
Getting file from storage...
Error: Could not get file contents.

any help plz?

I fix that.
the problem is "/" in the last of "Default Storage Path"

Now I get this

I think that ffmpeg is not install correctly or old version.
If you have root user try to install ffmpeg from http://www.ffmpeginstaller.com/

# mkdir ~/ffmpeg-packages
# cd ~/ffmpeg-packages
# wget http://mirror.ffmpeginstaller.com/old/scripts/ffmpeg8/ffmpeginstaller.8.0.tar.gz
# tar -xvzf ffmpeginstaller.8.0.tar.gz
# cd ffmpeginstaller.8.0
# ./install.sh
