Installation Problems

Hey Adam,

Your forum will not allow me to post to the technical support area for Cloudable.

I purchased Cloudable and installed it. The installation check environment page was all green. The database was created and populated. When I go to the index page or admin page it is throwing this error:

Database Error:
Failed connecting to the database with the supplied connection details. Please check the details are correct and your MySQL user has permissions to access this database.

The db credentials are correct or it would not have gotten populated. I double checked the config file data. What is going on? Please email me.
