Improve the trash at filemanager

At file manager /account_home.html the trash can is so useless if the member can't move back files.

Plus a function at the admin panel to empty trash can for all members would be great

It's not useless, it's there to keep the file stats in the database.

And you should alter your script to hide the logs in the database when the users delete files from the trash. Those logs could be handy.
