What's your order id please?

There's no path to upgrade from a nulled site. You can try following our normal upgrade guidance but if you're using a nulled copy I wouldn't know what changes have previously been done outside of our release code.

Yes you can upgrade from 4.5 to 5.0.

That order was placed about 10 hours ago. It was placed on hold as you used a different email address vs your PayPal account. I'll see if we can review it now.
