[Help] My paid user can't download????

Hello,

This is email from my users, how can I fix it?

Okay so, I followed your steps like you said and I still can't download with premium. I don't know why it's being like this...

Step 1 : I logged in

And I got into my account home tab

Step 2 : I clicked the link you gave me for example to download and so I did, But there's no option for me to download with premium like you shown me in your screenshot, mine looks like this. And the previous logged in tab is still opened beside this tab.

If I click any one of the premium option, the tab would re-direct me back to my account home tab which is already logged in as earlier.
Also I'm using google chrome and I'm sure I'm not running my tabs in private browsing (Incognito) and also tried out with FireFox,
haven't worked so far. I haven't got a clue what's wrong.

Did you try it yourself? logging in as paid user or admin user and see if it works for you ?
To me, it looks like sessions issue or cookies are blocked maybe on user end?

I'm having the same problem! None of my users can download with premium.
I tried it myself creating a new account and setting it as premium, and the same thing happens. "Premium" download option redirects to user panel.
However, logged as admin I'm able to do direct downloads.

I'd like to show no ad/download page to my premium users. They sould have direct download.

log on and log out the log on again, problem with cookies.
