Having issues with pdf thumbnails

I did purchased the script and did installed it on my website at https://resources.eltbuzz.com/
I've problems with some pdf thumbnails, you can check them here https://resources.eltbuzz.com/search.html
I did checked image thumbnails path and it gives me 500 error https://resources.eltbuzz.com/plugins/docviewer/site/pdf_thumbnail.php?f=759&w=68&h=68&m=cropped

I made a support ticket with server login details. Any follow up on this? Important issue so I can start uploading content onto the servers. Some pdfs work, some don't give thumbnails. https://resources.eltbuzz.com/search.html Really would appreciate some help, my developer can't figure it out. It must have something to do with the configuration of the pdf. Always the same pdfs that don't generate a thumbnail. I've attached one that won't generate a thumbnail preview. Thanks. David

Hi,

Copy of ticket response sent just now for info:

This was caused by a change in how Imagemagick handles rendering remotely stored files. I've updated the code to allow for it and thumbnails seem to be showing fine now. This change will be part of our next release code.
