getting new version

i already purchased the 4.5.5 version and the support is expired, i do see a link for a renew but i see its only for getting support? so i wont get the latest version (5.0.2)?

do i need to purchase it like the first time to get the new version? so no discount for existing users?

The link is to renew access to support and updates for another 12 months, so it includes access to the latest code
