footer border-bottom on mobile

There's a 1px border-bottom that's visible on some pages on mobile in the footer section at the very bottom of the page, i'm trying to remove it but having a difficult time locating it, does anyone know where this is in the css, it's more obvious if you have a page that doesn't have much content so the footer starts higher up. This is on the flow theme.

In the file manager or in the frontend?

I didn't see any border on the file manager on my phone.

no its on the front end, but not visible on every page

i think ive figured out whats causing the 1px line at the bottom in the footer

i've reused existing pages in ys to create new custom pages with different content and had this in the new page

<section data-animation-delay="0" data-animation="fadeInUp" class="animated fadeInUp visible homepage-section-1 homepage-section">

some content here

</section>

...footer stuff

so now it's clear that its not a bug, ill just avoid using those sections outside the main page, although im not sure why there would be a line in the footer long after the section was closed. no big deal though
