Folder url hash

In 4.3 the folder urls are slightly improved however if the folder name is dropped there is still an incremental folder number and the url still works anyway.

Generated folder hashes should be introduced just like the file ones

I don't know how they did it on the 4.3 but in the topic https://forum.mfscripts.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=2384 I wrote a step by step guide on how to implement hashes on folders the same way the script do with files.
