I have a problem

When the download starts, not shown the final size of it. I believe it is some configuration apache2.
ex:

Well, this issue really seems to be server side related.
Mostly this means HTTP or FTP is not sending a content length.

Do you use an additional FTP server and if yes, does the issue happens only if you download from this server?

And please, post your apache config, unfortunately we are not magicans
