files not uploading

ok when uploading files through the script it never uploads the files all it does is reach 100% and continue but shows Nan.
see pics below
this is before it completes notice the undefind in the remaining time

This after the 100% and it goes back to continue also the Nans

Usually problems like that are due to incomplete/corrupted/missing .js files, make sure you re-upload them in binary mode

uploaded as I always do but will replace all .js files
never happened before not sure if its because we upgraded our php to 5.4 it was 5.3

re uploaded all files still same problem. tried both themes and same thing.
