Files are not appearing in my file manager when uploading!

Hi,

For some reason, there is some files that when I upload it doesn't appear on my file manager and it doesn't even create a download link.
And it seems like it's happening everytime with bigger files upload!!

Is there a solution for this?
Has anyone found a fix for this?

Funny. I had few times similar error in the past.

In my case rename file help. After that file was normal uploaded.

Adam when you will find issue, can you add here solution?

Same issue, upload a file of 300+MB ..it reaches 100% and nowhere to be found...
