I can't agree
with impossibility to add file description to be shown on DOWNLOAD page.
Let's say I offer to download a set of drivers - but I need to show the list of the drivers in package on DOWNLOAD page.
This is an argument for me, at-least.
It can be a TAB on download page named INFO - it looks more compact.
So file owner can place an information/description about file - and this information will be shown on download page under INFO tab.
