it is already there when they sign up and pay for premium membership depending on their subscription once there subscription expires the premium ends.. Now if you want to manually place an expiration date on someone go into admin panel and then go to users chose the user you want and edit that user then you will see under account details there account type and when it expires click the field showing the date and chose the new expiry date.
