Error on naming the file when upload completed

Hello,

I have a trouble, when I have upload a file on my home page, then it completed normally but filename was changed to "blob" (without double quote).
I have try with the different files and all type of account but problem is not solved. I have no clue what is happened.

Please give me assistance according to this problem.

FYI, this problem occur when I have install Media Player plugin and File Leech plug in, now I have disabled these two plug in for safe.

you copy the folder of each plugin on each of your server?

no, I install it by uploading the script into my admin area.
fyi I have only one server.

I have buy Media Player but it is not worked too, I disappointed that MFScripts have very lack support (not even admin answers here).
