Error in Upload Link

When someone upload big files to my host like 3gb+
it shows that it has uploaded 100% but give no link and the file also does not get uploaded
I checked my temp folder is 20gb+ so that's not an issue

The max size allowed on your php.ini might be less than 3 GB.
Increase it and try.
