Download Speed Confusion

I am having issues with the Speed somehow...

1. I upload File via yetishare script and free users download with 30-80 kb/s
2. I upload via FTP on webspace manually and users download directly with 10 mb/s

* Maximum download speed for free/non-users, in bytes per second. i.e. 50000. Use 0 for unlimited.

Set to 0

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

It's not a known bug. Could you try setting it to 1000000000 to see if it works then?

In addition, does downloading with free users run at a different speed compared to paid?
