Is here a plugin such as download limit for 24 hours for each user?
I mean non user - 1 GB per IP 00:00 - 23:59
free user - max 5GB daily (and cron job will give another limit each day from midnight) : max per week 7days x 5GB = 35GB
Premium/paid user can download 20GB daily, maximum for week 7days x 20GB = 140GB per week
