database connection problem on new direct file server

Its my first direct file server.
I have following error on file server address.
Im sure username/password/host value is true on "_config.inc .php"

Im using cPanel on both main and file server sites.

Database Error:
Failed connecting to the database with the supplied connection details. Please check the details are correct and your MySQL user has permissions to access this database.

Is there any special settings on cPanel servers maybe?

On cPanel servers, the username and database name are preceded by the account username.

eg:
cPanelAccount_DBUsername
cPanelAccount_DBDatabase
