Database connection error

Hi,

I just upgraded to 3.5.2 version but i am getting error :

Database Error:
Failed connecting to the database with the supplied connection details. Please check the details are correct and your MySQL user has permissions to access this database.

(host: localhost, user: vi*****_******, pass: ********)

Did you upload the new _config.inc.php that came in the zip file without transferring the DB connection details from the old config file?
